About the Doctor

As a lover of sports, Dr. McCann’s interest in the field of Chiropractic Medicine began at the age of 14 years old. While participating in football, he incurred neck and back injuries and received treatment by a Chiropractor. After completing his course of treatment and fully recovered, he continued to seek the services of a Chiropractor throughout his teenage years. This interaction spurred his intense interest in the musculoskeletal system and treating muscular injuries, joint dysfunction and back and neck pain with manual manipulation and therapy.

Dr. McCann moved to Carlisle in 1992 and has been serving the residents of Carlisle ever since. He is committed to treating his patients and bringing them to their optimal function while diminishing pain and weakness and promoting wellness through drugless, nonsurgical methods.

Dr. McCann resides in Carlisle with his wife and two boys. Although he still enjoys participating in sports, himself, he now spends his free time coaching his son’s baseball team. Dr. McCann is an active member of the PA Chiropractic Association and has held a variety of leadership positions. He recently completed his tenure as Treasurer of the PA Chiropractic Association.
